If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your electronic items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select 'Request Return' next to the relevant order to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack the Item

  Securely pack the device in its original box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were initially provided.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and affix it clearly to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized courier location. Once inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
